'To his esteamed Emperor, Giovanni Facilli.
I, Frederik Karl Christian, humbly wish to arrange an audience. A timely reply would be appreciated for planning purposes. I will not lie, you have likely heard my public response to the ultimatum. While I would like the time of the ultimatum extended, I realize that would be pretentious of myself, and I worry that the kaiser, Karl Franz Fredrick Stahlwelt would not follow the same courtesy, making it a futile gesture. I thank you in advance for your time.
Sincerely, Frederik Karl Christian XI af Danmark.'

In Response;
I as the leader of the Italian Government hold nothing against the government of Denmark or You for your Public response to my threats to the Nations of Austria, Lichtenstein, or Switzerland, but members of my staff up to even the Vice-Emperor are utterly disgusted with it, including the impliment that we as a Nation are torn apart still even though our revolution ended some twenty years ago. We never expected all nations of the world to be for it, in fact we had expected most of the nations of the world to be against it. We do regret, though, the fact that with your response, a meeting between my government and your government, while the Ultimatum is still Un-Replied to, may give off the appearance as if we are attempting to plead for you to change your public opinion on the event to one more friendly of our position.
We are eager to have a meeting with you, but we regret that we can not Extend the Ultimatum's time-frame more than Twenty Four Hours, or meet with you until a response is heard from the three governments of those nations previously stated which received the ultimatum. We are more than willing to meet with you and your government, after we recieve a response from those three nations.
In addition, so plans can be made after this event with the three nations of Europe, we would like to know where you would like to have the meeting. We are more than willing to hold it in Rome, but if you would wish to hold it in Denmark, that would be perfectly fine too.
Formally,
Giovanni Facilli Emperor of the Greater Italian Empire The Emperors Palace Rome, Italy

'To his esteamed Emperor, Giovanni Facilli.
I can not say I am not disapointed by this, however your reasoning is fair. Sometimes, how our people percieve our actions, is more important then the actions themselves. In the future, Rome should be fine. It is the capital of Christendom after all.
Sincerely, Frederik Karl Christian XI af Danmark.'
