I have had recent word that your nation and you have undergone a rebellion similar to the one I and my people have undergone in Spain. I now realize that both our nations have great potential now and they both have promise to grow in power and prestige. In this dark time of the world and with so many nations lapsed in chaos and destruction everywhere, allies and friends will be our greatest asset. I would gladly like to meet you and maybe with the chance of our nation’s growing closer together as they have in the past.
