If these investigators find that these monopolies are not being fair in price, they will loose their license and a new monopoly will be established.
8. The People have the Right to have a home. If they can not afford a home on their own, they can apply to the Government and the government must allocate a home for said person or persons within a week. In the mean time, said people shall be housed in a hotel on the government’s tab.

The following are statements made by Giovanni Facilli, and are considered additions to the Constitution.
1. The people have the right to well built cars. The Italian Government will fund auto companies to build cars made of solid materials, mainly steel, and said cars must be safe for the people. A strict inspection agency will be opened as a branch of the government to regulate these cars, and inspect them to make sure they are safe. The government will, also, regulate Styles of Cars, which include Formerly Dead companies bought out by the Italian Government, including Packard and LaSalle.
2. The Government will provide the people with land to expand. This means the Government will have to, at times, expand and invade other countries. This also coordinates with Part 2 of the Constitution.
3. The People have the Right to complain to their government, or have a meeting with the Emperor. This can be achieved by applying at the Government headquarters in Roma(Wherever that may be), and after having security and background checks, may meet with the Emperor. There will be security to protect the Emperor at all times.
4. The People of the Italian Empire must register for the “Draft” at the age of 18. This draft will be called only when the Empire must defend its home-front, or when it needs to expand, in coordination with Part 2, and Addition 2.
5. The People of the Italian Empire have the right to a Fair trial in a court of law.
6. The People of the Italian Empire have the right to feel safe, and no person, whether civilian or military, may violate this right unless probable cause is present.
7. The People of the Italian Empire have the right to live life without the inclusion of the Government, and have the right to live independent of the government, as long as they do not violate the constitution or local laws.
8. The Emperor is the only man above the Law.
The Preceeding shall be protected by the Government, and as stated before, if are not protected by the Government, the people have the right to revolt. And for the support of this Constitution, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
