The Italian Government has announced that a Major, Five day political rally will be held, and sponsored by the Italian Government. Civilians are invited, and tickets will not be required, as this is a public, government sponsored event. There will be five speeches by the Emperor, for a total of One per day.

Day 1 - Strength through Military Might

Day 2 - Strength through Unity

Day 3 - Strength through Nationalism

Day 4 - Strength through Economic Might

Day 5 - Strength through Diplomatics.

Day One

Speech One

On this First day of our Five day event called ‘Strength’, I stand here today, before you, the loyal people of the Greater Italian Empire. Today, I speak on the note that is probably one of the most important matters in the Italian Empire; Military might, A subject near and dear to every citizens heart.

As an Empire, we stand unparalleled in Military Strength. Our armies have conquered lands to the north, to the south, to the West and to the East. We have expanded tenfold, and through that expansion, we have become a larger force in ways we had never expected. When we took over France and England, we took over their Nuclear Arsenal, and that was the final thing we needed to prove that we are a force to be reckoned with.

The rise of the Italian Military came about because of the rise of something that we never expected, the Rise of the need for safety. As the years, and eventually, decades, of the Twenty First Century went by, they grew more and more violent. I am sure that you all remember when Russian forces swept across the Polish Border and it took American and even Chinese forces to beat them back into their own border. I am sure you remember when a Nuclear bomb went off over Geneva, killing so many great political leaders. I am sure you all remember when Greek cruise missiles crashed down upon our cities in Southern Italy, reducing most of those cities to rubble, and killing thousands.

As our Armies grew, we expanded, and through that expansion, we gained both respect, and fear. Nations all across the world began to realize that this movement, known as the Italian Empire, was not just a fad that would go out of style eventually. They soon realized, as France fell, that this Empire, lead by an Animated older man named Giovanni Facilli was a force to be reckoned with.

When the United Kingdom fell to our forces without a shot fired, the World finally realized that we, as an Empire, were the Second Superpower in the world. The only superpower next to the United States of America, and the only Super-Power seen since the Soviet Union. We wanted to be like other Global Powers, and so we expanded more, taking under our wing countries like Spain, and Most of North Africa, securing the Mediterranean and centralizing power. We gained territories that the English and the French owned, expanding our sphere of influence to the South Atlantic Ocean, and to the Pacific. We proved to the world that we were a nation that they could no longer ignore.

I was informed a few days ago, that a Radio Broadcast was made by the Dictator, or should I say President, because that is his official title, of the American Free State. In that broadcast, he took special note to attack and belittle the Italian Empire. He stated to his people that the Italian Empire was encroaching upon South American freedom, and stated that our goals were clear, that we wished to dominate all of South America. I am of the belief, and I know that I am right when I say this, that if that was our wish and our desire, we would of done it years ago.

Their President implies that we have something to hide from them by having these bases, and these islands. We have nothing to hide, and it is clear what our goals are. We have spent thirty years of blood, thirty years of sweat, and thirty years of toil to have an Empire for ourselves. We have gained our place as a Super-Power, and many things come with that title, including the right to hold overseas territories to defend ourselves. If that means holding islands in the Carribean or the Atlantic ocean, so be it. We will maintain our power in the Northern, and the Southern, Hemisphere. We have worked too long, and too hard, to let it go because some scrawny south American with the hair of Richard Nixon doesn't like the fact that we demand our piece of the pie.

We in the Italian Empire are a smart people. We see that his goals are clear as a pane of glass. He, naturally, wishes for his own nation to become powerful, as we wished for our nation, but he lacks the morals that our empire has. He is, technically, a President. But what liked President must win his position by using Rigged elections? Is he no better than the Nazi party? His nation must hide the fact that they oppress their Dissidents, when, in the Italian Empire, those dissidents would be praised. What democratic Nation does something like this? That is correct, no Democratic Nation does that.

I do not wish war between our two nations, for a man that wishes war should not be a leader. We maintain, at the moment, an unstable friendship, as the United States and the Soviet Union maintained during the Second World War. When that war ended, a Cold war came about that did not end until one nation dissolved away. I promise my people, and the world, This. The Italian Empire will never be the one to dissolve away.

I am reminded of the fact, that if we had not expanded, our Empire would not be what it Is today. Had we not stormed across the French border, can I honestly say that we as an Empire would be as respected as we are today? Would we have a friendship as powerful and as knot-tight with the United States as we do today, if we had not blockaded and taken over the British Isles? The answer, unfortunately, is No.

This man wishes to hold us Accountable for our ‘Infringement of South American Sovereignty’. I see right through this man’s words, and I see his goal. If this man wishes to take our islands away from us, the islands which supply us with the feeling that we will be safe knowing that our advanced warning systems will pick anything up in the surrounding area, he will have to take them Block by Block, Meter by Meter. And when an Island falls to their forces, we shall sink it to the bottom of the ocean, rather than let it fall into their hands. Not one centimeter of our land shall fall into their hands before it sinks into the briny depths.

And should they invade the mainland of our Empire, we will strike back on their home front, with whatever measures deemed fit. This is not a threat, as the Italian Empire does not threaten. This is a promise, and a warning. We in the Italian Empire would like to inform the President of the American Free state, that we WILL have our bases, and we would like to let you know, that we too know.

The Sword on our flag means something. It means that we, as an Empire, are a force to be reckoned with. We are not a pushover, and we will never BE a pushover. As I look across at the Hundreds of Thousands of People that stand before me, many of you Original members of the Giovanni Party, I realize that as an Empire, we are stronger than ever.

Throughout the Empire, I realize that our Empire will maintain its position as a global super-power until the world itself crumbles away, taking every nation of the world down with it. I remember the days under Giovanni, especially a certain quote which he stated back in 2019, six months before our armies victoriously marched across our borders, and expanded our empire ten fold.

‘We don’t have their Territories, we don’t have the opportunities of international world connections possessed by other states and peoples. Our Empire, which is so crammed and which has so few of the necessities for life, needs to be carefully and thoughtfully cultivated and managed. We can’t do this without maintaining our power, while at the same time, expanding. We must, for the sake of the people, and the sake of the Empire, finally expand over our borders, a right which has been denied for so many centuries since the years of the Romans, that we as a people are becoming extinct.’

I myself made an abstract mention of the American Free State in my first speech to the people of our beautiful Empire as Emperor, and I must again must drawl on my words. 'For we are opposed, around the world, by a monolithic, and ruthless conspiracy, that relies primarily on covet means, for expanding its sphere of influence. On infiltration, instead of invasion, on subversion, instead of election, on intimidation, instead of free choice, on guerillas by night, instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted, vast human and material resources, into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine, that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, and no secret is revealed.'
