It is of an unfortunate turn of events towards war that I am not able to meet you in Person, Mr. President. I am currently moving The Ninth and First Fleets through the Panama Canal, and shall meet with the Forces of the AFS Navy soon, and will strike the UPM Armada coming to attack the Panama Canal within the next few days.
I must request, on behalf of the United States Navy, and for the Safety of the United States of America, that you have the Battleships USS Missouri (BB-63) and USS Wisconsin (BB-64) Re-commissioned. I also must request that you re-commission the three remaining aircraft carriers of the Kitty-Hawk Class, which include the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63), USS Constellation (CV-64), And USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67). In addition, i Must request that you transfer, to the Ninth Fleet, One of the newly-built McChrystal Class Submersible Carriers.
I await your response.

I am very pleased to hear that you are making progress. I wish you good luck in the coming battle, and know that the American people may rest assured that they are being defended by such a fine naval officer as your self, and all the sailors aboard those ships.
Your requests are all approved. The McCrystal Class Submersible Carrier will be transferred immediately with an escort of two carriers. The requested battleships and aircraft carriers will all be re-commissioned and assigned to the soon-to-be established Third Fleet.

Well done, Admiral. Do pass on my praise to your men--they are heroes, to be held in the highest regard, for they have served their country well by destroying the largest fleet of the UPM, which is no small feat.
