Today, Deutschland launches its first completed aircraft carrier, the FGS Deutschland. This ship is built by Deutschland, for Deutschland. It is a sign of the growing capabilities of the Deutsche Marine, and a cooperation between the Deutsche Marine and the Luftwaffe, who provided pilots and training to the new airmen of the Deutsche Marine. We would also like to thank the United States of America, for allowing us to purchase the plans for the Gerard R. Ford class aircraft carrier.
