Starting today, any person who comes out and says that they have a drug problem will be given free help in rehabilitation centers, and will not be convicted of any crimes. Any drug dealers who come out and give up their products and give information about suppliers will not be convicted of any crimes and will be given protrection. Conversely, if anybody is found with illegal substances, the punishment will be much worse. If needed, you will be sent to a rehab center, although you will be heavily guarded. After you are able to leave rehab, you will be contained in jail for a minimum of 20 years.
Secondly, starting today, all computers in Der Bundesrepublik will be fitted with state of the art firewalls, designed to eliminate any known threat. Even the simplest computer will recieve protection equal to that of the United States Pentagon's computers. This is free software that will be updated on a daily basis at least, as scientists create, discover, and control new computer viruses. Computer virus research will be done on a seperate network, with no access to the general networks of Deutschland. A new feature in the firewall program is, that if a computer is caught with a virus, it will be automatically cut off from all networks, and isolated, until the virus is permanently gone.
