Starting today, Deutschland will begin the shielding of all electric sources from EMPs. Due to the newest craze by terrorists, using captured nuclear weapons not to destroy cities, but instead destroy the infrastructure of a country through releasing an electromagnetic pulse, designed to destroy a country's electric capabilities. Military necessary equipment will be shielded first, then economic necessary equipment, finally, civilian equipment. All of this will be provided to businesses and homes for free. Also, from now on, shielding from EMP is to be mandatory on all future electronic equipment, from cell phones to particle excellerators.

Poland is willing to pay for this new technology, as the nation would gain much from it. The government is eagerly awaiting a response.

Poland is happy about this deal and states that they accept. The money will be sent over to Germany, and Poland expects the German workers to be arriving soon. The Polish president is especially happy, as this is just one example of the great German-Polish ties of the current world.
