Address to German military forces by Fallschirmjäger Blauvelt
"It has been brought to my attention, that I have been negligent in my duties. Medals and awards need issuing, and I have been procrastinating for far too long. As of today, all soldiers who participated in the calming of Königsberg will recieve the Victory in Königsberg medal. All who participated in the blockade of Irland will recieve the Victory in Irland medal. Iron Crosses and Knight's Crosses will also be issued to all those who are deserving of them, and all promotions will be sent with them. All other awards will also be sent out as well. That is all."
