Statement from the desk of Fallschrimjager Blauvelt to the German people
"First, I would like to congragulate the Bundeswehr and the Luftwaffe for their spectacular performance in the Czech Republic. All who participated in the war will be issued the Victory in Bohemia medal, along with all other medals you have recieved in the war.
"The second issue is about the region of Bohemia. Well, today, I declare it an official Bundesland, with full Bundesland rights, and all citizens in the region are issued full German citizenship, no questions asked.
"The third issue involves the national currency of Germany. Starting today, there will be a slow transition back to the Deutsche Mark as the official currency of Germany. Euros will still be accepted, but, starting today, Deutsche Marks will also be accepted, seperate from the economies of other countries.
"The final issue, which is probably the most important, is this. Italian scientists have predicted that there will be super blizzards or hurricanes bearing down upon the northern hemisphere. Now, this will not happen immediately, there will be time to prepare. Starting today, Germany will take all the preventive measures that the Italian Empire is taking, not to prevent the coming disaster, but to survive it, and come back as strong as ever. Any nation seeking help is welcome to ask, and we will assist them in any way possible. But please, do not panic, do not freak out, keep your businesses running as normal, we will issue messages when its time to enter the safe houses.
