In view of increased aggression against Germany, by the extremist Irish, Germany offers this ultimatum. Either cease all aggressions in one week, or we will search every single house, very thoroughly, in Ireland. After all violence stops, we can begin rebuilding Ireland, and granting the territory full Bundesland status.

Due to contined violence in Irland, Fallschirmjäger Blauvelt is sending Oberst Demetri Ivanov and his regiment to Irland, to stop this violence. Oberst Ivanov will be granted with all the equipment he needs, and is allowed to search every building for illegal contraband. If contraband is found in a home, the residents of the house will be sent to Germany for trial. If there is resistance, Oberst Ivanov's regiment is allowed to kill the resistors. That is all.

Violence is slowly declining, thanks to Oberst Ivanov's regiment and their work. All personnel in Ivanov's regiment are awarded the new Anti-Terrorist medal and the Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse. If violence is brought down to a tolerable level, Germany will repair all damages to Irland, and will allow it full Bundesland status.
