Breaking News! Oberst Demetri Ivanov and his regiment were ambushed today at their headquarters by Irish extremists. It is suspected that there is a spy for the Irish extremists in the regiment. Demetri Ivanov was shot in the stomach and the arm, his injury is life threatining. Demetri Ivanov is in a Dublin hospital. It is suspected that Irish extremists know which hospital Demetri Ivanov is in. Demetri is lighly guarded since the rest of his regiment is fighting off Irish extremists. Demetri`s regiment has radioed to Germany to send more men to protect Demetri. Eleven others were killed, six wounded. Sixteen Irish extremists were killed.

In response to the attacks, Irland is officially under martial law, the native goverment is put on temporary suspension without leave, and three regiments are being sent to Irland, along with a batallion to guard Oberst Ivanov. The temporary leader of Irland will be Generalleutnaut Hans Schnellinger. As soon as he is able to, Oberst Ivanov will be moved to a hospital in Germany.

After five days of sitting in the hospital, Oberst Demetri Ivanov was put on a plane and sent back to Germany. The two bullets were removed from Demetri`s body. But Demetri is suffering lots of pain from his stomach. His arm is not majorly affecting him at the moment.

After three weeks of being in a German hospital, Oberst Ivanov requests to be sent back to southern Ireland with his regiment.
