To Dominik Oszcar
"In the interest of our nation's security I would request that you seize Budjak if possible. After Romania's annexation and intergration of Moldova into Moldavia, Budjak remains traditional Romanian land in the hands of Ukraine. Since they're now on the UPM side this would be an optertune moment to take advantage of their infamy. If you are familiar with the region, it remains surrounded by our territory, as a branch of the Ukranian territories acting under the UPM.
While it holds a Romanian, Moldovan minority the people will likely be unreceptive of our efforts to integrate them into Romania, however, I still feel it is in our best interests, and theirs in the long run. This would mean, that we would need to maintain public order with any occupational force, the same trouble the UPM is having with much of its expansion I would assume.
Military it serves as a fine vantage point for them, and will for us if we succeed. It will make our borders not only cleaner, but easier to maintain."-Vasile I

OOC: Yes, its part of Ukraine, Ukraine if I recall was a part of or at least occupied by the UPM. It would be hard for them to attack us if Ukraine wasn't atleast loosely affiliated with the UPM.
To Dominik Oszcar
"I feel we might need to adapt our defenses to the loss of our ally, Polska, would you agree? We share a significant border with them and now that they've fallen to the UPM theres a much larger zone that the UPM can invade us through. Perhaps we should tighten security even more, maybe re-organise the defense to include a rapid response to that area if need be."-Vasile I
