His Highness, the President of the American Free State, requests a meeting with the Chancellor of the Federal Republic.

After my meeting in Roma, I would like to make a tour of the European capitals to form a new foreign policy with the election of my administration. Your acceptance of such a meeting would of course be greatly appreciated.
