In light of the rising threat of the UPM, the nation of Poland would like to invite the AFS to join in an alliance with Poland, Romania, America, Persia, the Ottoman Empire, Germany, and the Italian Empire, the cause of which is to face the UPM threat. The alliance will be called the Global Coalition, and will function as an alliance would, providing military aid in time or war especially. Please reply on what you think, and due to the rising threat of war, a meeting will most likely not be able to happen.

The American Free State will join the this alliance against the UPM at first in a support role due to our weakened military situation. However, in the next three months, we should have a real military force built up and ready to help in the destruction of the UPM. With that, all AFS ports are open to alliance navies and we would be willing to provide areas for camping armies on designated grounds.
Allied military members are free to roam our coastal cities, but entrance farther into the country is prohibited. As promised in our standing policies, ships passing through the Panama canal to fight or defend against UPM forces may pass without a cost and shall receive a complimentary fruit basket.
